Settlement of Wagers


Statistics offered by the main rating(s) company or the official website of the pertinent competitors or event will be used to settle wagers. Where stats from a main rating(s) service provider or official site are not offered or there is considerable evidence that the main score(s) company or official website is incorrect, we will use independent proof to support bet settlement.


In the lack of constant, independent proof or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own data.


Betting Information


General


Race Surface


If on the day of a race the surface is altered (e.g., Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa), then bets will stand.


Win/Place Betting


Bets are settled to win unless Win/Place is picked. An Win/Place bet is a bet of two times the selected unit wager. It contains one bet of system wager on the choice to Win and one bet of unit wager on the choice to be Placed according to the terms promoted for the occasion. In general, the Place part of Win/Place bets will be settled according to the following Place terms:


- Handicaps of 16 or more starters, one quarter the odds, first 4 locations.


- Handicaps of 12 to 15 starters, one quarter the odds, first 3 places.

Position Payout


Position Payout is a fixed odds market, which provides you the choice to put a bet on your horse to complete within a series of completing positions. The payout of your bet is identified by the set multiplier assigned to the finishing position of your horse.


Bets on scratches will be considered no action.


If a horse(s) is withdrawn from a specific race with odds of greater than +475, your choice will stand at the existing prices. If the withdrawn horse(s) has odds of +450 or less, then your selection will be recalculated at the current costs. In the event of the variety of runners in the race amounting to or less than the number of finishing positions provided at time of bet placement, then bets will be deemed no action.


For any Position Payout bets, in the event of a dead-heat, we will pay the complete reproduction worth for the greater location. As an example, if your horse dead warms for 3rd and 4th place, you will be paid completely for the 3rd location multiplier.


Our Double Result discount will apply to this market.


Runners Under Starting Orders


In all races the variety of starters will be the variety of starters coming under starters orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place wager surpasses the Win wager. Win/Place 2 Leg Parlays, 3 Leg Parlays, and Multi Leg Parlays will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in accordance with the above.


Each Way Extra


Each Way Extra bets are considered an offset to standard Win/Place terms. In case of scratches, if the basic Win/Place terms alter, then the Each Way Extra terms will likewise change accordingly (including modifications to the number of locations available and/or the market place fraction).


Refund (Win Insurance)


Cash Back (Win Insurance) 2 Places


The price for the choice to win the race is less than for Win and Win/Place markets, however refund if your choice ends up second. Bets on scratches will be deemed no action, and when relevant Rule 4 will use to all staying runners based on the rate of the scratched horse in the normal Win market (not the Cover Bet price). In case of scratches, the variety of locations paid will stay the exact same, unless the number of runners in the race is equal to or less than the number of places paid, in which case all bets will be considered no action. Dead-heat rules apply. Our Double Result deal will use to this market.


Refund (Win Insurance) 3 Places

As above however cash back for completing 2nd, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth.


Refund (Win Insurance) 7 Places


As above but cash back for finishing 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, sixth, or seventh.


Cash Back (Win Insurance) 8 Places


As above however money back for completing second, third, 4th, fifth, sixth, seventh, or eighth.


Refund (Win Insurance) 9 Places


As above but cash back for finishing second, 3rd, fourth, 5th, sixth, seventh, eighth, or ninth.


Money Back (Win Insurance) 10 places


As above however cash back for completing 2nd, third, 4th, 5th, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, or tenth.


Place Betting


To Place 2-10/1 -2/ 1-2-3 Betting


These markets are settled according to the terms promoted for the occasion. Bets on scratches will be deemed no action, and when appropriate, a deduction will apply to all remaining runners based on the relevant Place Only/1 -2/ 1-2-3 odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal, utilizing the table below. In case of scratches, we reserve the right to change the location terms provided for subsequent bets placed. In the occasion of the number of runners in the race amounting to or less than the number of places offered sometimes of bet positioning, then bets will be deemed no action. Betting Without


Dead-heat rules use. Where we use odds on an event without a nominated selection(s), for settlement functions the finishing position of the "without" choice(s) will be ignored.


In the occasion of a scratch or of scratches a Guideline 4 deduction will be used based on the price (in the specified "without" market) of the non-runner at the time of withdrawal. In the case of a scratch or of scratches leaving only one priced estimate runner in a "without" market, then our Walkover guidelines will use and bets will be considered no action.


Where there are no finishers in a race excluding the "without" selections, then all bets will be deemed no action.


Any Win/Place terms marketed are chosen the real number of runners who take part in the race, leaving out the "without" choice(s).


Fixed Odds Exactas and Fixed Odds Trifectas


Fixed Odds Exacta


When Fixed Odds Betting is offered with 3 or more starters, bet365 might use Fixed Odds Exacta Wagers. Exacta wagering includes anticipating 1st and 2nd locations in a race.

Scratches Other Than Futures


Where a horse is scratched before coming under starter's orders, or is officially considered by the runner to have taken no part in the race, then wagers will be returned on the scratched horse and winning bets will undergo reductions in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). The rate of deduction will be based upon the cost of the scratched horse at the time of its scratching on the following scale:

Winning Distance Over/Under Live In Game


Where there is a dead-heat, winning bets will be settled under the quote to the complete wager. Where a horse finishes alone, bets will be settled over the quote. Where a horse ends up exactly on the quote, then all bets will be settled as no action.


Match Bet, Including Reside In Game


All choices need to be deemed a main runner or bets are considered no action.


The selection that obtains the greatest finishing position is the winner. Bets will be picked the Correct Weight or the All Clear outcome supplied by the main governing body.


Dead-heat guidelines apply.


If both or all selections stop working to end up, all bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned.

Winning Distances
