Racing TV End User Conditions Rule

The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV shall remain the exclusive legal and beneficial owner of all copyright and intellectual residential or commercial property rights in the Footage in perpetuity. All rights not clearly approved herein are booked by Racing TV.


Permissible Use and Restrictions


You might view the Footage when on a computer screen or mobile device for individual, private, domestic, non-commercial usages only in accordance with these terms and conditions.


You will not:


(a) Make the Footage readily available to anybody else;


(b) Use or view the Footage besides as expressly allowed by these conditions, or copy, relay, broadcast, or interact the Footage to the general public, nor might you include any part of or all of the Footage in any equipment or product save as particularly permitted under these terms or develop any improvement or acquired works of any part or all of the Footage;


(c) Save, modify, copy, amend, misshape, modify, distribute, reformat, dismantle, postpone or duplicate the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that is contrary to any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;


(d) Remove any item recognition (including but not limited to evaluate icons), legend or notification, or any proprietary or copyright notice from any part of the Footage;


(e) Represent or claim that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is irregular with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;


(f) Store or transfer any Footage to any publication, user group, other site, electronic publication board, mailing list, server or other storage gadget in any form; or


(g) Sell or any part or all of the Footage in any method.


Third Party Rights


Racing TV and each of its group companies may impose any arrangement of these conditions against you as a third celebration agreement recipient whether in the name of bet365 or in its own name. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 will use to these conditions.
