Burke, who saddled Holloway Boy to declare this reward 12 months earlier, stated of his most current victor: "He's always worked well and William stated after a furlong he knew he was on a very great horse.
"He's a charming horse with an excellent mind, but I was a bit concerned whether I was doing the ideal thing dropping him in this grade on his third run. He ran quite green at Thirsk last time.
